Omnia Millenniumr Agencies and Omnia Millennium® Agencies Back Office

This product is designed for Agencies and exclusive and multifirm agents of any size: in fact, due to its ease of use and scalability, it is capable of working with just a few or several users.

Omnia Millennium® Agencies OMA is comprised by various systems required by an Agency to carry out its tasks:

  • Management System of all customers having a relationship with the agency. OMA's CRM-Customer Database has, among other things:
    • an integrated marketing module which can carry out many of the most common market analysis tasks
    • a complete system to manage client contacts and which keeps track of and follows every relationship in the best possible way for an agency
  • A "lighter" version of IPM, coherent with the needs of an agency, and whose features can be adapted to the specifics of the firm (very different, depending on its nature as an exclusive or multifirm agency, and whether it is part or not of a networked information system within a company project)
  • Portfolio Policies Management System which allows among other things:
    • The issuing of policies, appendices and substitutions, calculation of commissions and historical control
    • The Management of Coinsurance policies
    • The acquittance to control company data
    • The Management of the Sales Network
  • Claims Management System, which fulfills the needs of an agency
  • Technical Accounting System, to manage the following:
    • Collections
    • Advances to Customers
    • Customer account statements
    • Register Sheet/ Company Account statement
    • Collaborators Account statements
  • General Accounting System, with automated feeding of premiums, commissions, return premium transfers and advances from the Technical Accounting System. This system manages a three-level Account Plan and allows the reclassification of the Balance Sheet (including EEC).

For agency branch offices issuing policies while connected online to the Administration's System, OMA Back Office is the information system which allows an Agency to manage its own industrial core business.

Using OMA Back Office an Agency can, among other things, perform marketing activies, manage the Sales Network and control its firm through the General Accounting and integrated Management Control.

OMA Back Office can acquire Portfolio data by interfacing with the company's Information System through a data extraction tool.
