Our business solution, Millennium® Suite, provides a wide range of features designed for all professionals working within the insurance industry: companies, brokers, agencies, call centers, inspectorates, bank branch offices. Based on Windows technology and developed using Borland's Delphi programming language, this family of business solutions uses Oracle and Microsoft's SQL Server Relational Database Managers, which are the most widely available on the market, (SIA will also consider porting its products to other Database Managers). SIA's primary concern is to maintain its product base up-to-date with the latest upgrades in the technology upon which they are based.
Millenniumr Suite's various modules:

  • Omnia Millennium® Agencies and Omnia Millennium® Back Office for networks of agencies and exclusive agents

are based upon a customer centric application architecture, controlled by a CRM-Customer Database, and on IPM, a supervisor which controls all of the firm's insurance-related technical tasks, ensuring maximum flexibility and minimizing interventions by the IT specialists who should manage and maintain the system. To complete this picture, the product has native marketing features and integrates with the most popular office automation tools (Microsoft Office and StarOffice), thus greatly reducing the need for further programming to solve specific needs of your office.
